Thank you for using Simple CashFlow. Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy template describes how M.FAHRI STUDIO ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application.

1. 100% Offline & Local

Simple CashFlow is an offline-first application.

• We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal or financial data to external servers.
• All your financial records (transactions, balances, income, expenses) are stored locally and securely on your device in an internal database.
• We do not have access to your data, and we cannot read or recover your records or lock PIN/pattern setup.

2. App Permissions

To provide core functionalities, the app may request the following permissions on your device:

A. Storage Access

Used to backup and restore your financial database to/from your phone's local directory (e.g., Downloads folder) and to export transactions to PDF or other shareable formats.

B. Biometrics / Authentication

Used solely to secure the app with your device's native lock screen (Fingerprint, PIN, Pattern). This authentication is handled securely by the Android OS; the application never collects or stores your biometric information.

3. Third-Party Services

This application does not integrate with any third-party analytic services, advertising networks, or payment gateways that track your usage or collect personal identifiers.

4. Data Retention and Safety

Since all data remains on your device, you are fully in control of your content:

• Deletion: Clearing app data or uninstalling the app will permanently delete all logs unless you have created a manual backup file.
• Backup Safety: Backup files made are completely managed by you. We recommend securing these files using the device's default storage encryption or cloud backups if you prefer.

5. Children's Privacy

Our app does not collect information and is suitable for all ages above 18, helping manage personal allowances and expenses independently.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. If we add network operations or cloud features in the future, we will update this policy and request appropriate user consent.
